update

Im currently eating my breakfeast as i type but ive found out that haveing a bowl of fruit and water. It is an amazing way to start the day. Ive forgotten to write my blog everyday but theres this website where you enter your weight and your goal weight and then itll tell you how many clories you can have for the day and how much you need to loose a week.And you enter what you eat and how much you excericise and itll tell you how much calories you have left in your day. Bruschetta

I decided to make the recipe blog even tho the only person reading this is hayne this will help me remember the recipe just incase i forget oh and i might do one for soft buttery pertzels. yummy
so what you will need:    6 cherry tomatoes
                                      less than a half of a regular tomatoe
                                      1 baby cucumber
                                      2 teaspoons of pure olive oil
                                       pasley
                                      dash of salt and pepper
                                       shredded cheese
                                       and crackers
first dice up all of your ingrdients into tiny peices
2nd stir all of your vegatables together and add in the olive oil
3rd sprinkle the parsley on top
4th dash on the salt and pepper
5th tost your crackers
6th put youtr bruschetta on your cracker and sprinkle on a pinch of shredded cheese

SUMMER IS FINNALY HERE

summer is finnaly here and my goal of doin 1 blog a day starts tonight. I got my room redone it looks alot cleaner. I got my school supplies list for next year and im so excited even tho its my last year to get a schools supply list. I am sitting at my desk/vanity eating frozen yogurt. Its only been about a week since school was out but ive not really been sticking to my original scheldule. Im getting it all on track now though. Tom im hanging out with a friend and looking up some programs to do. Ive been doing alot of cooking usually and my favorite recipe i made so far has got to be the bruschetta i made today. Maybe ill make a recipe blog. What i found really helpful is writting everything you eat down and always having a water bottle by your side. my frozen yogurts startring to melt so i better head off. have a good summer!!!!!!
