update

Im currently eating my breakfeast as i type but ive found out that haveing a bowl of fruit and water. It is an amazing way to start the day. Ive forgotten to write my blog everyday but theres this website where you enter your weight and your goal weight and then itll tell you how many clories you can have for the day and how much you need to loose a week.And you enter what you eat and how much you excericise and itll tell you how much calories you have left in your day.
